Tony Davis approved date per 9/10/13 email. Will waive rental fee. Chuck Marsalisi will confirm with Tony the use of inflatables behind the bleachers and tents on turf. Need fields also blocked out. Estimated 10 hours of lights - group may cancel lights - TBD. Official end time was 11:00 on Sunday instead of 6pm.
