Please submit a current Certificate of Liability Insurance. Emailed and called Amy two times requesting appropriate Certificate of Liability Insurance but have not heard back from her. Left a voicemail message for her on June 2, 2014 10:16am notifying her of cancellation. Amy called 6/2/14 to say that she will submit certificate of liability insurance and make payment 6/3. Event has been rescheduled.
