Jehovah's Witnesses Event

Hospitality for International Delegates to be provided for 50 delegates from several Scandinavian and Far Eastern countries. Lunch to be provided along with various talents by hosting group including dancing, singing, small plays and children singing. No kitchen usage needed.

Certificate of Liabiity Insurance required before event can be confirmed. Principal approved Employee Facility Use Agreement for Rick Bergum required to avoid custodial fees 7am-5pm. Group left at 3pm - changed end time for billing purposes.
