So I really need the gym from 5 to 9pm, but because of EEP, it wouldn't allow me to schedule that. Usually we can work it out with EEP ahead of time and let them know we will be in there seting up. Also, I need to reserve the kitchen, but it doesn't offer me the choice on the drop down menu?
So set up would be from 5 to 6pm, the event from 6 to 8pm, and then clean up from 8 to 9pm.
