Blue & Gold/Crossover Ceremony & Feb Pack Meeting

We will hold the Boy Scouts Crossover Ceremony & Pack Meeting in the Gym with seating for 110 people.  A small table is required to display the awards that will be given out.  Then afterwards, a reception dinner with food and beverages will be provided in the Commons/Cafeteria.

Please provide 110 folding chairs in the gym area.  Please provide a small table - approximately 2 feet by 4 feet in size.

Please provide 10 lunchroom tables that are already setup and ready in the Commons/Cafeteria.

Custodial fees are an estimate and will only be assessed if clean up from the event causes additional time for the custodial staff.
